At last got the new car

Well after much searching and annoying everyone on here with questions ive bought my new car its a 56 plate vectra sri xp nav 120 bhp with 105k on it, lovely car but one problem is temparature gauge doesnt seem to work

Lol! That would mean the thermostat is shot..... Congrats on the new wagon!

how much is thermostat? i did manage to knock 150 off for it

Should cover it! About £45-50 from the stealer. Theres a how to on it, easyish to sort! If you go into the hidden menu on the dash you can find a digital temp read out. Just to be sure!

The stats are not too dear but there a pain to do them spesh on the 120's.

Depending on your headunit, press and hold the SETTINGS button until you hear a 'bong' - you are now in TESTMODE.

Use the various buttons around the centre controller to cycle through data screens (roughly appropriate to each button).

To exit TESTMODE, press MAIN and then press and hold SETTINGS again until you get the bong.
