Air intake Oiliy

Hey guys, was doing some cleaning to my engine bay and took of the air filter to discover a bit of oil around the housing where the MAF sensor is installed just where it meets the intake box. None on the filter or the Filter housing at all. Is this normal? or is my turbo backfiring oil :S

Does it smoke bad?

A little oil on a high mileage car is to be expected clean it up and change the filters regular keep an eye on it.

I have noticed some bad smoke twice in the 2 months of ownership when accelerating, but mostly no smoke what so ever. It definitely does on cold start up puff a bit of whitish smoke and it starts rough. But then goes away.

That could be unburnt diesel check the glow plugs are all working you may have one down.
