    Default 1.9 CTDI longevity?

Might replace our #2 car and was considering a 1.9 CDTI in addition to our 2.2 Direct. Money dictate a 2006-2009 model with approx 90.000 miles on the meter.

Want to keep it for a number of years and as I drive some 24000 miles/yr I wonder if anybody has +200.000 miles experience?

my old cdti 150 got as a company car, then took it as part of a redundancy package sold it last april with over 175k and it still drove like new and only 1 clutch and 1 alternator replacement.
the new buyer was surprised at its condition and commented he drove one with 35k and it wasn't as good.

main key oil and filters well before vx state i did mine every 5k.

    oh and a few springs

springs should be in everyone's spares box lol.

h&r s are a better and cheaper option than vx's

Plsma's beuty work horse has something like 240k+ and its remapped. but i think Humourbash is the hight mileage king his on 280k'ish am on 130k.

at 90k i would check the inlet manifold rods not fell off, as said springs, and dmf.
