    Default Wing mirror glass

    Driving car tonight and wing mirror glass on drivers side, was wobbly and blinding me. Got home an its virtually hanging off

    Can I just superglue it back on ?

    i glued it bak on on my old siggy mate both fell of within two days of each other lol vectra one fell of onbthe motor way on sunday

    Mine fell off after washing the car and broke.I've looked on Ebay but don't no which one to choose as there are loads of sellers.
    Its for an 04 Vectra C Elite.Any ideas.VX price around £40.

    I got one of these and was rather impressed with the quality. It just snapped into place because it has the plastic frame on the rear. Mine was the passenger side and it's working fine four months later. The drivers side is ebay item number 121298505156

    Yes, but if it's heated I'd suggest you use something like gasket sealer to stick it on so when heated the 'glue' isn't affected. I had the exact same problem & used sump sealer to stick it on.

    some arse hit my mirror ,the other morning ,asked me to get out of car if I wanted,i did pulled him out of window ,and wrapped his seat belt round his neck ,no I'm not joking ,anyhow got mirror glass from euro 16 pounds and all's well ,good quality too ��

    Bit late advising the OP as he asked the question just over 4 yrs ago

    However superglue isn't advisable as it doesn't allow for expansion (all Vectra-C mirrors are heated IIRC) and could well crack the glass.

    I stuck mine back on with an impact adhesive when it fell off while washing the car. It was still stuck fast 4 yrs later.
