getting a fault code p1109 secondary port throttle system

is this the swirl valve failure needing a new inlet manifold ??

the bar has been off for well over a year so im guessing i have been lucky up until now

will the car be ok to drive until i get it fixed as it drives and gets up to speed just there isnt any power like normal
