Adrian Flux and the unbelievable renewal quote!

Some of you may remember I got myself into a bit of bother a few months ago and got 10 points for being drunk in charge (thankfully the judge could tell I'd made a genuine mistake and was lenient. I didn't realise I couldn't sit in my car on private land whilst drunk)

Immediately was dreading insurance renewal time so thought I'd start shopping around early and get myself prepared in advance for the bad news.

By some miracle, Adrian Flux have quoted me at only £100 increase on my current premium! I was expecting it to double at least so £500 instead of the current £400 is brilliant news.

Bizarrely, their quote is cheaper WITH mods declared... It's only the Irmy spoiler, but work that one out!

I was a little surprised to see that stickers on the car count as a "modification" in the eyes of the insurance company... Anyone declare their Vec-C stickers?! Baby on board notices?! "I've been to Chessington World of Adventures" decals?! Or are they only bothered about the big motor sport and performance advertising stickers?

Not bad mate... i think you are lucky...
I just changed to Liverpool Victoria (LV=) from Adrian Flux as they couldnt beat the quote I was give. AF were over £200 more expensive!!!
