pretty sure it will be connected to the reverse light m8,

they do a wireless version for £20 saves routing from centre console to boot, that states its connected to reverse light on that listing

No idea - would have thought they are wired into your reversing light circuit but not sure

you wire to your rear reverse light (1 to reverse,1 to earth)

With it connected to the reverse light , does it activate as soon as it lights up ?

when connected.....soon as you put car into reverse the sensors get power and start to work.
you just tap into rear light,dont know off the top of me head correct colour wire

Just wonder on the Vectra if you will get a bulb out warning on the dash with this fitted - mine occasionally says their out when they appear to be ok
