All i did was google "Vectra AF23 Oil". The 4th result looked the most valid so clicked on it and got to this: http://opeltis.spaghetticoder.org/doc/en/23857 . which reveals a part number you can then take to a stealers or google for an online seller (PN: 93160393) . and after 2 minutes googling the PN and cat no, i quickly realised that gearbox oil isn't as generic as engine oil so i was beating up the wrong track trying to find your standard oil rating, then realised that gearbox oil has a separate rating system for oil, and the one you want is "ATF 3309" (ATF = Auto Trans Fluid), which you can get from mobil.

    Gotta love google sometimes

AFAIK all Aisin Warner autoboxes is to use a JWS3309 spec'd oil. Several brands does have this oil, so it should be easy to get. Will highly recommend to get a full flush, and not only a oil change. Fully syntetic is preferred, as the Aisins runs warm. Valvoline has come up with a JWS3309 oil, fully synth, that is specifically designed for used gearboxes. Might be worth looking at. If you're into getting the cheapest, your dealer might be OK, or maybe better/cheaper, a Toyota dealer.
