help needed, few problems to which i dont have experience

hi guys, havent been on here for a while due to family circustances.. having issues with the signum, wanting to know if anybody in the north east wants to make a few quid helping me out. i dont have alot of mechanical experience and have a few problems with my signum.

1) a heating problem, luke warm air only coming through when i use the heated windscreen button as my fans dont work anymore (non of them)

2) i have a shaking steering problem at around 70mph +

3) i need to find where i can get a new button soldered into my key fob as the open button has decided to stop working..

i am more than happy to pay for the work to be done to get it back to running nicely again, just dont want to get completely ripped off by garages around the area when they will start changing parts that dont need to be changed.

any help would be greatly appreciated..

1) will be heater resistor see how to easy job to change

2) would start by getting wheels balanced

i cured mine when i had the wheels balanced

I have had the wheels balanced twice but still no joy, I was going to try and use another set of wheels to see if they are causing the problem or not.. Then I can at least take them out of the situation if its bit them.. Just hoping its something simple like track rod ends or something, just dunno if any of you's lads are mechanical minded or have garages yourselves that could do the work??

Oh and also, the heater did work on number 4 a while but stopped working completely on the fans 1-4.. Now the fan only works on the heated windscreen button, eventually it puts out just like warm air.. I have an idea it could possibly be the thermostat but not sure, was also maybe thinking the car could benefit from a coolant flush through the system..

what does your thermostat gauge read?

If the fans worked on only 4, then stopped altogether, it'll be the resistor and the relay behind the glove box.

If temp gauge doesn't get to 85/86, get the thermostat changed.

If balancing wheels doesn't cure vibration, could be inner tie rods, track rod ends, ball joints, or brake discs (how old are your discs?)
