    Mileage : 124000

Default Most amount of stuff you've crammed into your Vecci?

I’m in the process of moving and planned to hire a van to move some stuff (small sofa, double bed, washing machine). Got me thinking, maybe I could use the Vecci instead and do a couple of trips

Interested to know what’s the most amount of ‘stuff’ you've managed to cram into your Vecci either just the boot or with the seats folded etc…

does putting something on the roof count as well, cos i put a mattress on the roof then a double wardrobe on top of that, then folded the seats down and put a six set of drawers in then a four drawer set and to make sure they were comfy i put the bed ends in and the bed, thank goodness it was a short run and my veccy is an estate

My move to here in Suffolk was completed by 5 trips in the GSi ... the largest single object was a double matress (folded in half and strapped) but a couple of the trips were so full I even had things pushed under the front seats.
I did look at hiring a van, but where I was in a village meant the cost and travel to and from the hire company made using the GSi no more expensive and far more convenient.

The Vectra surely is a versatile beast.
