    Default Hubcentric wheel spacers

Hi im thinking of putting spacers ( with extra long bolts) on . I have an facelift sri with the 17 inch wheels which i quiet like the look of , but think they sit a bit too far inside the arches ,i have two question

    1) are the hubcentric type ( 5x110 with 65.1 bore) any good safety wise ? And

    2) with standard sri setup would i be able to put 12mm spacer on ?

    thanks in advance

Yes perfectly fine with standard sri setup, and they are safe. The hubcentric spacer bolts on the hub and the wheel bolts into spacer. I have 25mm ones

If your undecided on size yet get some string with a weight on and place it inside the arch, you can get an exact measurement and know how far you can go

25mm sit my 19" snowflakes out just right. (Only on rears) the sri wheels are only 7" wide so dont be shy to get more than 12mm ones!

Interested if you ended up doing this as I'm currently considering it, so some pics would be good.

There are plenty of threads with pics of members cars with spacers and links to the items they bought.

I did do a search, that's how I found this. Didn't see any on 17's though!

Doesn't matter about wheel size as the diameter is roughly the same, as I said above use a plum line to get the mm you need due to different widths... The 2.2 link below in my sig shows mine, I think?
