no power help????

ok people need help (again) , car started losing power between 1000-2000 revs gradually got worse until barely driveable especially when cold , i know there is threads covering this but i need help still. its 1.9 cdti 150 2006 , ive changed the egr valve , fuel filter , glow plugs , hasnt made one bit of difference still no power until 2000 plus revs then its goes like a train.the swirl rods are still connected on inlet. im totally baffled any help appreciated please..
oh and also no eml or car/spanner light is lit up all is fine with dash lights still

Did you fit new egr? Checked the boost sensor, and vacuum pipes

yea i fitted new egr ? and about two months ago i changed the two vacuum pipes by the front right side of engine about 6 inch long ? to be honest not sure about other pipes , were will i be looking , any images ?

Boost sensor is bolted beside egr black thing with one torx bolt
