    Default fan kicking in straight away

    when i start the car the fan starts straight up

    i started it today and let it run for a few mins turned it off and the fan ran for maybe 30 seconds after the engine was off


    the glowplug light is taking about a min to go out so im going to changed them but any ideas on the fan ??

    Check the connections to the fan, and also the fuses for it.

    As, if you disconnect it, the fan will run all the time (like yours is). So sounds like an electric issue somewhere.

    Faulty temperature sensor would be my bet.

    changed the sensor twice now the temp gauge wont go up the fan kicks in straight away and runs for a few mins when the car is turned off

    and the engine if revved over 4k starts bouncing all over and sometimes at standstill it starts to jump around

    any ideas

    Fans run when temp senors is disconnected so could point to break in wiring
