Default hid kit not working properly

have installed a hid kit to my 2004 vectrs sri dti, they are having some issues, once the engine is started they come on fine, if i turn them off (engine still running) and then turn them back on nothing but a quick buzz from the headlight area, i have to turn ignition off and back on again before they will work again. the set is supposed to be non canbus, so i brought a set of decoders but they seem to make things worse. i get no bulb warning signals when no decoders but seem to get bulb warnigs when the decoders are plugged in. confused to say the least. i brought the hid kit from ebay in a private sale (not a company) item no. 190796481121 if anyone wants to have a look. do i nee to use a relay or is the set f****d. please help as when they work the light is amazing.

your best option is to find someone local with diagnostics , get them to go into the UEC settings & change to xenons present .

@gary6863 Come over to me today if you can. I can then turn on the xenon option for you via opcom.

Your only 25 mins from me. I also have spare ballasts for a bit of fault finding if needed.

    Free of course :-)

    Pm me if interested
