Default New to me motor time... choices

As some of you know i swapped the 06 xp elite for a shogun last october, the intention was to run it over the winter & pass it on to the wife for her to tow the Oss box & go to the stables in ect...
So far i have done full service, aux belts, new battery, cat1 alarm & imobilser & will swap the tyres for some at's soon... It's been a great motor for an older car & although it does still need a little tlc i can't really fault it & it's been great fun in the deep snow on & off rd.

Well with winter almost over, i'm now looking for my new daily drive, I have a budget of 15k, finance not needed or applied for & it doesn't have to be a diesel.
I have now narrowed it down to either:
    Insignia 4x4 elite 2.0 or 2.8
5 series m-sport saloon or tourer
    A4 or A5 quattro
    Jag Xf

Which would you choose & why? or if you have real world experience let me have your thoughts.

I saw a Jag XF tourer the other day and it looked fantastic! They're a bit different from your BM, Audi crew aswell. Do Lexus do anything like what you're looking for? You could always ofcourse get a Lotus Carlton for that kind of money!

Aye, those XF tourers look superb but they'll not be as cheap as 15k for a while.

Wouldn't be an insignia, purely because they wont have the residuals of a German/jag. I'd be torn between the A5 (3 door) or a jag XFS. Have friends with both and they're outstanding motors.

Plus the 3 series tourer is a better looking car, over the 5 series.
