dmf, clutch or clutch release bearing

When clutch pedal is up there is a rattle from the gear box and when it is pressed down it stops. Which one from the title do you think it is

No worries. Replace the full clutch kit (clutch, bearing, slave cylinder) and the DMF

Knowing i did the turbo and such myself. i like a challenge but dont dare do a job that be so difficult or require special tools...
