The Gym/Workout/Train motivation thread..

I sometimes lack the motivation I need to get myself off the sofa and into the gym, or out on my bike or whatever. Once im doing it tho, I feel great and I get buzz out of it!
I thought I would start a thread that people can add their own motivational pictures, quotes or whatever else helps them do it! Here is a couple of ones I found to start things off. The first one got me off the sofa this morning lol.
