Rear door seal

Hey guys, I had my rear door seals off to drop the roof lining to replace the antenna seal but the rear driver side keeps falling off at the top after I put them back together. I push it up and close the door and next time I open that door the top of the seal is just drooping down again. I have pinched it in with vice grips to tighten it up but same thing happens every time. The other door seal is spot on and hasn't moved from it was put back on.

Any ideas on how to keep this thing up before I lose the plot?

Pinch the metal clamps together around the whole seal length then fit it to your door. Doing it whilst its in the door frame won't help. Also whilst the seal is off might be good to clean the area where the seal sits as it might be coming off due to dirt.
