Default How do i know if they're heated?

Today i found a front bumper loom to finish my PP retrofit. While i was trawling around an 04 vec elite with seemingly every box ticked i thought "i wonder if it has heated washers?". What's the mechanism used for heating the jets, what are the visual signs and how easy are they to retrofit? I'm going back there on Friday to get the bumper so i can check its credentials with the VIN number anyway.

Check if you have the wiring loom next to your pollen filter under the scuttle tray. If you have then it's plug n play. Put a fuse in somewhere & it heats up when you press button for rear demister (apparently). There is a how2 on doing a retrofit also. Have a search on here. I had to buy my heated nozzles in a pack of 5 lol. So if you do go ahead with the mod gimme a shout.

Someone posted recently how they swapped the twin nozzle heated head with the insignia fan jet one. So get insignia fan heated jet wash. Maybe you could go down this route?
