Was looking at this earlier advert says he could on be sold for spares yet there is no body damage and it drives so what would prevent this going back on the road ?

Wonder why he's so intent on it being broken. Advert also says there's nothing mechanically wrong with it?
I thought cars was only broken up for parts only if they have been involved in a death smash but this is un damaged
It may have tampered vin numbers ie cloned car...

I foyu look at his profil he works for 911 recovery, so it looks like he's offloaded it to his driveway from a stolen recovery, instead of scrapping it... It'll be registered with the dvla as being scrapped ergo can't go back on road

If it's a recovered stolen and the insurers have already paid out then isn't it technically the property of the insurance company that paid out on it?
