Took the plunge & officially handed in my notice today. Needless to say boss is being a tool, but glad I am only here until the end of the month. Is saying I am not getting any commission I have earned even though I have brought more money in than anyone else.... Git. Never mind, my new business will be up and rolling early March

If you have earnt the commission then you are due it. Make sure you have a record of what is owing with proof. Bill him at the end and if he doesn't pay take out a CC against the company.

Thanks guys Really appreciate the kind words. To answer the questions, it is a recruitment consultancy, but I am the Business Manager, so responsible for all new business and marketing. My contract states certain achievements = £££ so will be taking the CC out against them at the end of the month. But may just turn the company off when I leave. The new business is a data centre in Milton Keynes. Used to be a system builder & have a customer lined up that will cover the running cost, so will be selling disaster recovery and back up solutions again
