teeth whitener

As a smoker who is trying to stop, lol trying...what products would bring the teeth white again...any recommendations...they seem to have a nasty yellow tinge now

Just buy some food grade hydrogen peroxide and make a paste with this and some bicarbonate of soda then brush your teeth with it

I have a proper gumshield thing made by my dentist and use a 10% beach gel over night. Great results after 2 weeks but by god does it make them sensitive!!!!! Total cost was £350ish first time including 8 gels ( had to have a exact mould made up) then it's just £6 a stick of gel, which does about 2/3 nights. It comes in a clear and blue suringe.

Hope you are finding packing in the weed not to much of a struggle can I suggest the below book? I found it super easy to quit after readin this book after trying patches ,gum, lozenges and hypnosis all failing!! but I read the book and have Never even felt like I'd fancy one? never moody or grumpy just a feeling of release and joy!!
