Possible cracked header tank on vec 1.8 sri

Noticed my coolant was a bit low so I topped it up no obvious leaks around car but I did notice a bit of dampness at the back of the header tank

Ill keep an eye on it for now but is this a common fault and any idea on cost for a replacement
