    Default Water leak!

Hi all I've just found that where my flexy part of exhaust meets the next piece there's a bit of water coming out now I know this needs tightening up and I'll get round to it but should water be coming out? Also a slight leak from bottom of radiator. Would radweld cure this. Cheers

    Hi.
Petrol cars do usually let a bit of water out of the exhaust, its a product of the catalytic converter doing its job. If its a heap of water itd be worth getting the car checked.
As for radweld, ive never been a fan so ill let someone else chime in on that, although it probably would stop it.

I wouldn't use the Radweld. Its the juice directly from the devil i used it on a previous car, then it subsiquently blew the HG easier (and possibly cheaper) to get the rad replaced! or replace what is causing the issue could be a pipe.

As Jimt said, it's a byproduct of the Cat... In go nasty fumes, out comes water and kittens.
It'll look like a lot since it's just after that cat, as it normally dissapates throughout the whole length of the exhaust normally before leaving the backbox.

And as for radweld... I'd rather fill my rad with eggewhites than that cr...

Get it warmed up then give it a good thrashing, get the revs up and blow the water out.
