Did you break it removing it or replacing it ?

If it broke due to over tightening (replacing) you might be able to turn it out carefully with a sharp tool or a left hand drill.

If its broken trying to remove it then you will need an extractor tool.

replacing it, the bolt head came off when tightening. i dont think i overtightened it though, have had them in and out before. i was replacing it but it hadnt even started to get tight yet,and the bolt head just came away. my mechanic mate says could have been a weak bolt. but the new actuators didnt come with new bolts so i was reusing the old.

i purchased some easy outs yesterday but the problem is it is super hard to get at the bolt because it is the back one i cant get a drill in. going to borrow an angle chuck for a drill off my mate today and see if i can get at it with that but afraid of making things worse lol where would you get a left hand drill bit i wonder?

When you consider the torque setting is only 7nm they are not needed to be that tough.

That's finger tight and a nip up
