Default Changing Jubblee clip on turbo pipe?

And tips for changing Jubblee clip on turbo pipe?

Its the plastic pipe that goes onto the side of the turbo.

I noticed today the clip is very loose and wont tighten up.

Recently found mine was loose too, the VX ones are rubbish, put a wider better quality one on, just removed the old and fitted the new. 7mm spanner or small socket is all thats needed.
