vxr rear spliter help!!!
Areeet, cars booked in for new exhaust to be fitted I may..was planning on getting a vxr rear splitter but wheb I was looking on ebay before, it said to fit all models except SRI ??? Will it not fit my bumper then...really confused I thought the only differnce between the vxe bumper and sri was the splitter..???
they got it mixed up its the Sri they only fit
It will fit sri bumper , but you may have to cut the original diffuser bracket / post things to get it to fit. I did mine the vxr diffuser mounts in same manner tabs that push thru bumper but the sri ( well mine) had posts that the diffuser plastic push rivets to , i just cut them off with stanley knife and fitted vxr diffuser , looks much better !
Aree right spot on, fairly easy to fit then ? Did you get yours of ebay, worried incase a non genuine off fleebay wont fit properly and look s***

The one i got was genuine vauxhall( zender i think ). Got on ebay about 55 quid , best go for the genuine think fibreglass wud be knightmare as flexed a bit getting it to fit , but once old one out it was easy , just cut the two post things off as far down as u can n jobs a good one !
I painted mine with 2k dark grey matt paint , to look like the original style as i wasnt too keen on look of them colourcoded !

Im in two minds on wetha to colorcode it, of gloss black to match al the black bits I have done on rear end20130210_101135.jpg
Black wud give nice contrast and keep in the style your going with
