Need help please

Hi I have a parrot mki9200 and can't seem to get the screen working but it works on my laptop just what to know if the wires should look like this

We can't get the parrot to power up. Tried everything. Top pic is screen plug

Have u wired it up to a live from the ciggy lighter?

Yes we've done all the switching of the red and orange wires. Tried every combination.

Any idea if we need both 12v constant and 12v ignition

Just Google 'Parrot MKI9200 Wiring Diagram' ... top of the list was the PDF user guide with a wiring diagram on pg7.
