Help with membership please

Hi guys,
I'm trying to get the £15 membership but when i click on the link for use paypal all options are for trade only. Do i have to send a cheque or am i not doing it properly?

Memberships have been temporarily suspended except for the base one bud until we can resolve the backlog of members packs sorry
