    Default Brake caliper colour

    Anyone got any suggestions on what colour to do my brake calipers, my car is ultra blue so was thinking if i go blue it might be too much.....what do you think?

    mine are red and my car is pomegranate red it goes well , i also like yellow or lime green but probably wont suit the car lol

    Kinda depends really .... are you looking to just protect the surfaces (then a darker colour makes sense) or are you after a more cosmetic effect (so you'd then be looking at colour matching or contrasting) ?

    Well...

    Silver is always OK, of course, but should look just as dull as nothing as soon as it gets dirty with brakes pads dust.

    Gloss Black is always OK too (same remark)

    Red will still look red even when dirty, and should also fit any body color, considering the already huge red area on the tail lights.

    the problem here is avoiding having too much different colors so your car looks like a parrot... You already have blue (body), red (tail lights), black (trim) and silver (wheels) parts on your car... So maybe avoid adding yellow, etc.

    Now VXr Blue will be really nice on your car. Don't think it'll be too much. The whole wheel area is black and silver, and it's quite a wide area. Blue will really look nice on your blue car, don't worry.

    done mine blue red and silver my car is silver. silver get dirty fast and looks dull again. red its ok but goes pink blue however is the best colour the silver car and silver wheels make the blue stand out plus it don't seem to fade away
