Default 2.2 DTi Pressure converter missing

Hi new here and sorry if this is a silly post but been having problems with spanner light when accelerating from 50 in 5th and also spanner light when on tickover about 760 RPM this has only just started.
I have changed all the vacume pipes and cleaned the boost sensor and checked all turbo pipes for leaks all seems ok.
But have noticed a few people say they have had problems with pressure converter solinoid but cant find one on my car i can see the bracket mounted by the air box but no solinoid.
Have checked other posts about vaume pipes and some of these do not show the pressure converter, was it removed on later models ?
Will be getting new EGR valve when money allows as clutch and DMF need changing first.
    Many thanks for any replies.
PS Anyone know a good place in basildon essex area for the clutch and DMF.

Sorry being a bit thick here just found out it was moved on 2.2 DTI to just above the air reservoir oops.
Still having problems with limp mode at tickover about 750 rpm, could this be the EGR valve ?

If it's the turbo wastegate solenoid, it moved from the side of the battery box on early DTI's to behind the air filter box on later ones as apparently they got affected by heat from the gearbox/engine.

One thing I haven't had is a fault related to idling. Someone else may have some things for you to check. Other than that, get the fault codes read and they should help to point you in the right direction.

The problem is low pressure in the inlet manifold. Sensor reads low pressure and automatically throws an error, because it is about the protection in the event of rupture of air hose. No need to change the sensor, but only adjust the turbine pressure. This can be done very easily and quickly, it is only necessary to extend the lever that opens the turbine. The photograph shows a lever that needs to be extended. It is necessary to remove the fuse and unhook lever with connect turbine, unscrew in a full circle, 360'C. anticlockwise. I think someone has already written on this forum about the same problems.

yes could be egr , take the grey plastic cover off the egr and check its position ie. half round shape bar should be fully down wehn you turn the car off
