Throttle body gasket

Can you buy a new gasket for the throttle body or do you only get it when you buy a new throttle body.

And anyone know if i can rethread the hole for the bolt as when it was last took off he de-threaded it and now the bolt doesn't tighten up proper.

this is for my 3.2 gsi
