    Default sticking throttle?

Well this was sooner than expected and not what i thought id be posting for :-(

Got a phone call from wifey while i was at work and not a good one.
She said she started the car, went to drive away and when she did the management light came on, the engine started to splutter, the revs fluctuated between idle and 1500 and there was no response from the throttle pedal.
After a couple of attempts restarting the engine everything was fine.

When i got home i did the pedal test and got the following codes in the following order:

    P0170 - Lean Exhaust

    P1525 Limp home position error

    P1550 Electronic throttle control

    P1526 Throttle position adaption error

The last two codes have a choice of 4 from a list next to the code. Those are just ones i picked.

Does this sound like the throttle body needs a clean?
Im a bit lost and would like to get towards a solution before something happens

    Regards
    Jim

    What car do you have?
If it is a cdti then I would guess a good place to start would be taking the throttle body off and checking the butterfly operation/clean it.
