Correct, both front springs "incomplete". How on earth did you guess!

Ordinarily that would indeed have been a great opportunity to consider lowering it. However the MOT runs out tomorrow and I can't really do without it, so it's just getting a set of standard springs fitted. Bit of a nuisance really, as if I'd had a bit more warning I could have got a full set of springs, done the rears myself and just got the garage to do the fronts.
