    hi i want to change my sidelights and foglight bulbs and rear numberplate lights to leds but i dont know which ones to buy and that are the best for the canbus too, can anyone point me in the right direction please, theres so many to choose from lol cheers dan

    I would like to know what LEDs would be good for the fogs too and reversing lights as mine is cr@p.

    LEDs and Vectra-C's are a no no.

    Unless of course you're quite partial to lights that strobe all the time while the bulb check does its magic?

    Putting LEDs in the fogs is a waste of time as well, unless you're only going to ever use them as DRLs. The LEDs won't be bright enough for them to be used for their intended purpose of helping you to see the road ahead when its foggy. Same applies to reverse lights - LEDs won't be bright enough.

    mtecs are good but I took my leds out coz I hate the strobing.

    these are way too dim compared to the standard sides.So much so that you cannot see them in daylight.

    My old 08 had 6k HID and MTEC501, cannot be seen at all whereas the standard sides are easily visible in daylight.

    Right then stay away from them then lol also ive got xenons as standard and they are
    crud tbh they are like candle power is it just a straight forward change, so if i bought the 10k off ebay
    my lights would be brighter or not ?

    If you've got xenons, then you've already got HIDs.

    The higher the K value, the dimmer and bluer the light output would be. You really don't want to be going over 6000k before the light output starts to get poorer.

    Sure you haven't got halogens? Not many complain about xenons.

    No they are defo xenons its got the ballests underneath too to look at um they look bright but when they are on the road they
    they are really bad and when i put main beam on thats what it should look like all the time .... I thought the higher the number the brighter they
