    Default Powerflow exhaust on 3.2

Got my car booked in for a cat back powerflow exhaust fit at the weekend, got K&N panel filter in last weekend so looking forward to see if it frees the caged beast up a bit. Will let you all know what the outcome is. Anyone got any questions you want me to ask at the exhaust fitting?

Not dead sure yet, only know i am staying with oval tails but they are bigger but still fit through the cut outs in the rear panel so no body mods needed. Just ask for best performance improvement possible and not overly noisy. The fitter told me that the v6 engine gives a superb sound naturally and is deep toned so is not too noisy by its nature. Cant wait.

You will have to let us know how you got on with them & where they are.
I did not think much of the local powerflow dealer we used.
I am still trying to decide whether to go for powerflow or something like Magnex when it is needed.

3.2 petrol...will take some pics if i remember my cam and let you know how it goes. Its Brittania tyres in Derby who are doing the fit and the fitter has a 2.2 vec so i am hopeing he does the job with a bit of respect for a fellow veccy runner.

It's £410 and thats everything included with no hidden charges. I went for powerflow cause they bend the pipes insitu to fit the car exactly. I am not a fan of the universal fit stuff. Universally fit nothing i have found.

I went for the 5"x3" ovals on my old veccy,

they fit the original cut-outs perfectly.

I went for the cat back system, removed the centre box, put 2 rear boxes and it made a nice deep rumble, not too loud at all. That was on a 1.9 CDTi
On a 3.2 it will sound VERY nice

Hi m8, the 5x3" ovals are the same as what I've got and their perfect.
the sound you get is deep and not overly loud (little bit of subaru sound when pulling away).

    Enjoy.
