?Faults or not.

Morning all I've just had a friend at garage put my vectra c on code reader and it says no faults and none pending. But when I do pedal test it comes up with 6. We've just changed rear lambda and flexy part of exhaust car now running bang on Just wondering why faults would still be there on peddle test thx in advance for any help advice
