Found a rod underneath the car yesterday, been told by a garage that its the linkage for the brake compensator, but I can't find any location for it in Haynes manual.
Has the vectra got one and where is it. Picture if possible

no , does it have factory xenons ? if so it could be the link for the level sensors
Any pictures of the rod?
