replacement screen?

I'm new to this site and Vectra's so I have lots of questions at the moment! The display for the radio/time/temp ( previously linked to a CD30), am I able to change the display to one of the better ones? If so does this require any configuration or does it just plug straight in?

My car is a 2005 preface.
