    Default my gid screen????

    My gid os blue and was blue when I bought it but it's very bright. Too bright will the leds be plcc2 so I can take them out and change the leds to bit dimmer ones

    I recall someone mentioned this before, I think he put a sheet of frosted perspex in there somewhere and it looked miles better! :-)

    That`s easier work around for sure I`d do just that, if I had problem with too bright screen.

    Not sure, it's cheap enough on eBay though.
    Dont think it was too thick, just enough to diffuse the light. :-)

    That's why I used 0603's instead of PLCC2's on Rich's (Kman247) advice. Although they're tiny, each one's about a quarter of the size of a grain of rice (there's four in the bottom left of the pic below), but they give a MUCH better level of lighting compared to the rest of the dash.

    God there tiny lol did you have to off set them think my blue ones are just the really bright ones really could do with 300mcd
