Mileage reading on dash has gone funny !

Hi all,was out in the vectra today and noticed the digital mileage reading has gone funny ? It was on 110 thousand miles but now reads ||||||||8

Thats only way i can post what it looks like,lol it has verticle lines till last number which rises with every mile i do yet the trip meter reading is fine above it ? Its a 2007 vectra cdti 150 bhp but is very good condition my dad bought from new.any help guys,thankyou carl.

Do another mile, it'll then read 111119
