    Default Glow plug change

Got some new glow plugs coming which I picked up from a fellow member, how much trouble are these to change? I've heard horror stories on most Vauxhall diesel engines, and my dads 1.7 Astra h was left over night at Vauxhall as they had to soak them in a releasing agent and even then they thought it was going to need the head off and re threading"/ hopefully these aren't as bad?

We get the customer to come in the day before and spray with a release agent (Some green stuff or other stuff) and then when they come back the next day remove them whilst the customer waits and the car is red hot.

Excellent so if I get some releasing agent? (wd40 any good?)

Spray that a day before and then get the engine up to temperature and do them then?

Plus Gas is a good penetrating fluid.

    WD40 is better than nothing.
