VIDEO: If we'd hit, who'd have been at fault?

A little incident coming home from Torquay. Question is who'd have been at fault if we hit? Me for coming off the roundabout quicker or him for manoeuvring and signalling at the same time THEN checking his mirror? What do you think? PS date stamp is wrong on video. the internal battery on the DVR is pants and resets itself over night!!

You overtook him without warning and very close to him and he moved without checking his mirrors or you were in his blind spot.

As above... Plus when my daughters in car I never aggressively exelerate like that, getting somewhere quickly is never that important.

Yeah I kinda go with 50/50. The slow moving learner driver was also a factor and I should have clocked it earlier. If I had then I would have held off the over take longer.

Not sure about how the law would see it, but IMO it would certainly be as much your own fault as the other drivers.

He can't really be blamed 100% for not expecting somebody to be caning it, sorry accelerating that hard off of the roundabout. As soon as he realised, he did in fairness get back out of the way as quickly as he could.
