    Default Oil change in Norfolk?

I normally would do it myself but I don't have a driveway so not going to attempt it!

Today I sat in National tyres for just under 2 hours where they failed in epic style. Had the wrong filter so sent someone to go and buy one, then couldn't get my sump plug out so told me to go!

Anyone in Norfolk able to do it for me if I supply oil/filter/beer tokens?

    Cheers

Any idea why they couldn't remove the sump plug? What engine do you have also?

He shew me it, it had SLIGHTLY rounded but he could still get a socket tight on it. He said he wasn't allowed to put heat on it incase it cracked the sump.
