    Default loosng coolant :(

    my 2.0 ecoflex is loosing coolant, cant see anywhere obvious where t is gong, any ideas?

    Any dripping underneath with it running? Any white smoke from exhaust? Could be head gasket :-(

    EGR cooler! Vauxhall are saying its not a problem lol, £450-£500 just for part.

    can you remove the egr and cure the problem? obviously have it mapped out as well?

    Its hassle, if you pop the bonnet and have someone rev the car upto 3500k revs you will see it squirting out, you could possibly use tiger seal or some sort to seal where it squirts out, as its only the outer casing that splits
