What oil do you recommend

So my 1.9cdti its due an oil change. It's covered just over 50000 miles on a 2006 plate and not sure what oil. What do you guys think or recommend for my car

Would always recommend genuine vauxhall oil. If you don't want to pay the dealer price, you can get it off eBay for a good price...

Vauxhall recommend that all Vec-C and Signum engines use 5w/30 fully synth long life oil.

5w-30 fully synthetic gm dextos 2 oil bought some the other day £22.50 for 5 litres on ebay :-)

I was told by a Vauxhall dealer that over 30k miles to change to 10w40. My cars mow done 67000 miles with 6 month changes on 10w40 with no issues at all.

triple qx 5w40 fully synthetic eurocarparts. i use it and can recommend especially on higher mileage cars. mine at 130k.

I am about to put some Fuchs Supersyn 5W-40 in my GSi. It was less than £30 for 5 litres, so I bought a top-up bottle as well, plus filters, etc. I ordered it from Opie Oils. Less than £60 all in, with free delivery! :-) It took a week to arrive but still, that's a good deal, IMHO. Paul :-)

Just had castrol edge 5 30w and a new filter fitted at national tyres for £42 after a discount voucher they have on the web site.
