    Default Metal Polishing Alloys?

Did someone have a go at this recently? Thinking of giving it a go on the silver set before I refurb...

What materials are snowies made of?

You can buy a wheel polishing kit, you will need mops and polishing soaps. My dad used to polish his Wolfies on his Scimitar they came up like chrome.

You have to seal them, maybe a good rim wax or have them laquered??

I've read you can't lacquer unless you use this powder coat only stuff as it doesn't stick and will lift, debating just doing the face tho so regular rinses and waxes should help...

Might have to invest in some winter wheels then too maybe...

A tip was to paint the wheels with clean waxoyl prior to the winter. This keeps the salt off them, when spring comes, clean off with parrafin/white spirit

Well, just been messing with a set before a propper refurb, took about 20mins to get to this level so guess another hour or so to be mirror polished, gonna attack mine in a few week I think...
