Default Wet Carpet after nearly 3 months of clrearing scuttle drain.

I have removed and cleared the scuttle drain (preface 53 reg) and after nearly 3 months now and I am still finding the passenger rear carpet soaked but only in the foam right below the area under passenger seat. (not as bad as it used to be when scuttle was blocked) Anyone know what is the normal timeframe for drying out process, as the foam is quite thick so do I need to take carpets off and let them dry or can I wait longer? Or worse is there another leak but I have checked the front and back of car and all appears to be fine and changed pollen filter.

(btw the water is below the carpet now is only inside the foam and can only be felt if I tuck hand under the foam area on the passenger side feels really soaky)
    Any help would be appreicated.
