    You do seem to be hooked on leds like me.

    Oh BTW I have four x48 smd led blue pads spare as I have changed to red now.

    Great for footwell lighting

    Lol I am addicted to leds like people think am mad etc lol but can get it out tomorrow got no white leds at the moment.

    Haha same with mine have that jealous look n say how good it is. Like they say if we all had the same we would all have same car so why not custom to your standard

    I would say the heater panel and drivers door switch they cone apart easy and plenty of room the Speedo is also very easy to do

    Yea I have I don't use the magnifier tho just gets in the way and can see the leds fine. Use the clips tho to hold the board

    Marc is right with the starters but i always use a magnifying tool to make sure i can see i get a good connection.

    Mind you im over 40 and been staring at computer screens for 22 odd years.

    Marc is a lot younger than me. He has age on his side :-)

    hopefully i can start mine 2moro if rest of stuff turns up i ordered a helping hand, no flux pen (do u guys use these?), 100x blue plcc2,10 x red, 10x green,10xwhite,(not decided what im doing yet so thought id order some different colours to try) 5x 0805 leds blue, 3mm leds,resistors, and desolder pump so im all prepared lol
    is there a how 2 for the cd30 anywhere do you know?
    how do you use the smd leds for footwell lighting do you have to buy a bourd to solder them 2?

    First off mate look the bathing method to remove the old leds.

    Will make life so much easier, trust me..

    As for the smd boards you get them from China mate.

    Will post some links tomorrow as im off to bed now.
