This is the first of what i guess will become a few updates of the planning and development of the Irmscher rally,

This first update is mainly about Sunday's activity's and possible change of location of our 3rd nights accommodation. Duncan had the idea of inviting the guys from Vectra-C.be along to Germany on the Saturday and for them to stay with us in Germany, Then after the event at Irmscher dies down a little to enjoy a convoy back to Belgium where we would enjoy our 3rd night in Europe. As this would also mean not such an early start on the Monday for our return journey and fewer miles for the members that have travelled from up north.

The response on this trip has really surprised me and I would like to say thank you to all involved and all those who are making the effort to come and be a part of what i would like to consider a fantastic event...

Just a little update,

The hotel in Germany has been booked, The hotel in Belgium has been approached and they are getting back to me tomorrow & The ferry company have loads of room...

Duncan is setting up a PO box number for the cheques to be posted to and we will be posting a full price list with ways to pay in the next few days...

Pudsey Bear should have his passport sorted in time for the trip and all is well...

Just waiting for our Eastern European RO to finalise the Belgium hotel details (they've been giving him the runaround a bit) and to sort out the final costs for folks to start to get their money in.

Actually I cant believe how big a event this is.. This is gonna be huge in the world of club forums... And we're gonna be the one to get to go there!!!! Thanks to all involved especially MTC for getting this organised
